This is a permanent food truck encampment with a tent and enameled pic nic tables. There are spray bottles and paper towels yo clean down your table after dinner. All tables are spotless, so we did the same We all had different versions of pad Thai and vege fried rice. Excellent. Four dishes , no drinks , 60.00. Across the street from Costco. Lots of secure parking. We would go back.

This is a place for flavorful, and affordable Thai food and it is a food! It is located in a food truck complex across from Costco, it is part of a lively pod of carts with shared seating. It was quite sunny and warm when we visited this place at noon. There are some shaded areas that gives some comfort. The setup is clean and well maintained. The vegetarian options are good, with dishes like the Pad See Ew which is cooked noodles, smoky flavor, and has a nice set of spices. The Pad Thai is another good dish with a good set of vegetables. The service is friendly and efficient. While the portions could be slightly more generous, the quality of the food makes up for it. If you are in the area, try this cluster of food trucks.

Picked up saute salmon for lunch before heading to the airport. The salmon is cooked just perfectly, sauce is on point - savory with a tint of sweetness. no spicy. Rice is perfectly fluffy. Service was fast and friendly. Would come back to try other dishes here!

I'm only reviewing the Cashew Chicken stir fry. 10 out of 10 RECCOMEND! It was so good with a little soy sauce on the rice and a few dashes of chili sauce provided on the counter when picking up. Asked to sub red bell peppers for broccoli and they accommodated my request. I needed a veggie heavy meal and they did not disappoint. My grandfather would always cook dishes with a little bit of meat and a lot of vegetables, so the amount of chicken was perfect for me. That plate was the perfect amount and I'm glad I didn't order anything else! If you prefer more chicken just ask for extra. I almost didn't go here because of other peoples reviews saying there wasn't enough chicken. I loved it and will come back again for sure!

This was our very first stop once leaving the airport after a very long travel day and it hit the spot perfectly. The food was phenomenal and so fresh, and the service was lovely - it was honestly perfection. So much so we visited several more times at a location closer to our hotel during our stay. You really have to try it if you haven't. It'll ruin all other pad Thais for you, but it is so worth it! I will remember those bites fondly.

We came in for lunch right as the food trucks were opening. It is in a food truck complex across from Costco. The service was great; they were giving free samples to try several dishes. - Pad see ew (5/5): The noodles tasted so fresh, perfectly cooked. Almost tasted smokey. The flavor was great and with all the mix ins.

This was our first meal when we landed at the airport. It's so good that it was the only eatery that we paid a second visit during our trip. Conveniently located close to the airport across the street from Costco, this place is a must-try. This was amongst one of the food trucks we tried at the lot and was our favorite. We had the Drunken Noodles and Pad Thai. Even though it was a food truck, the noodles was full of "wok hei"(breath of the wok) and was stir-fried to perfection. The flavors were spot on and the portions were good. They were all delicious plates of noodles tasting better than some actual restaurants. This place is definitely worth a try and lives up to the hype.
